Born and raised in Jonesboro, Matthew Lloyd is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned his degree from Arkansas State University in the Mental Health Counseling Program. Matthew is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and is a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). He has been practicing at Life Strategies Counseling since 2011 and has worked with many people of various backgrounds and needs. As an LPC, he is devoted to helping individuals, couples, families, and groups to achieve and establish optimal mental health.

Rita wants to help others break the worry habit and learn how to get others to like them. She wants to educate people about how to live a controlled, relaxed life no matter how fast the pace may be. Rita encourages others to think the kind of thoughts that lead to a fuller life and satisfying success. She believes in the power of healing that can take place within the therapeutic relationship. Rita is trained in sand tray therapy and enjoys building relationships with others to help them make confident decisions on their own.
